Grown high in the Trs os Montes mountains and harvested by hand, it yields an oil that is aromatic, herbaceous, and deeply expressive. In 2025, it was awarded a Gold Medal at the NYIOOC, the worlds most prestigious competition for extra virgin olive oil.
